New IBM ThinkPad

	IBM's new ThinkPad A31p notebook computer offers a lot to the engineering analyst on the go. IBM markets the notebook as high-performance desktop alternative. The A31p features: 1.7GHz mobile Pentium 4-M (review) 64MB ATI Mobility Fire GL 7800 graphics 256MB of memory (expandable to 1GB) 60GB, 5,400rpm hard drive WiFi (802.11b) and Bluetooth wireless connectivity 8X/8X/24X+8X DVD/CD-RW combo drive The notebook sells for about $3500US.
