FLUENT Helps Determine Scalability on Multicore Clusters

News A Desktop Engineering article describes how FLUENT was used to demonstrate cluster efficiency.
As more engineers run CFD applications on HPC clusters to model sophisticated analysis, it becomes clear that these applications need to be highly parallel and scalable to make optimum use of cluster computing ability. Moreover, multicore-based clusters impose higher demands on cluster components, in particular the cluster interconnect.
