Blue Ridge Numerics Moves Up Deloitte Fast 50

	For the second consecutive year, Blue Ridge Numerics has been selected to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50. Moving up eight spots from 2003, Deloitte now places Blue Ridge Numerics as the twenty-fifth fastest growing technology company in Virginia. The recognition is based on percentage of revenue growth over five years. The announcement was made October 7th during an awards ceremony at the ESPN Zone in Washington, D.C. “To make the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, companies within the Virginia region must have had tremendous revenue growth from 1999-2003. Deloitte applauds Blue Ridge Numerics for having the long-term vision to develop technologies that change the way manufacturing companies deliver new products to market,” stated Gary H. Tabach, office managing partner of Deloitte’s McLean Virginia office.

	The success of Blue Ridge Numerics is attributed directly to the increasing popularity of CFdesign, its flagship software that saves companies money and time by reducing the amount of wind tunnel and flow bench testing necessary to validate new designs. The company has a rapidly growing global customer list in major vertical industries including aerospace, appliances, automotive, electronics, food & drug, HVAC, material processing, medical, military & defense, plumbing, and power generation.
