News Fluent Europe Ltd is to host a free lunchtime seminar for the data centre community. The event will take place at the headquarters of CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) and offers invitees the opportunity to learn and discuss the latest airflow modelling techniques for optimising the thermal performance of data centre, computer and communication room facilities.

The seminar gives attendees the chance to learn how CFD technology can help to:

  • Identify the location of hot spots
  • Optimise cabinet layouts and floor grilles
  • Predict supply air short-circuiting to help in understanding overheating problems, critical cooling failure scenarios and to predict future cooling requirements.

To register for the event email events@fluent.co.uk. For more information contact Daniel Burton on 0114 281 8888 or email daniel@fluent.co.uk.
