Understanding the Flow Physics of Coolants

	Join Tecplot for a presentation by the University of Cincinnati titled Understanding the Flow Physics of Coolants on Tuesday, June 3rd at 11:00am PDT (2:00pm EDT). This presentation will show the use of advanced software tools to study the physics of airflow and how it impacts the performance of aircraft engines.

	To understand the flow physics of cooling holes, researchers used CFD++ to perform a CFD analysis on a CAD model of a simplified engine blade that was tested experimentally in the UC Combustion Research Laboratory. See how good visualization techniques can be used to identify and analyze unexpected simulation results.
