Circulating Fluidized Beds Conference 2010

Announcements The Tenth International Conference on Circulating Fluidized Beds and Fluidized Bed Technology (CFB 10) addresses both the fundamental and applied aspects of circulating fluidized beds and fluidized bed systems. CFB 10 will be held May 1st-5th, 2011 in Sunriver, Oregon.

The conference will include presentations on new developments and emerging applications, results of original research and development, industrial experience and application, workshops and discussions on issues of current interest and research needs.

Subjects will include, but are not limited to, the following areas in circulating fluidized beds and fluidized systems:
  • Hydrodynamics of gas/solids flow,
  • Novel processes and processes for new products,
  • Heat and mass transfer,
  • Fine particle systems and nanoparticle fluidization,

  • Computational Fluid Dynamics and modeling of fluidized bed systems,
