It is aimed that after the completion of program the participants will be able to properly model the problem and get correct results. Emphasis will also be laid on validation and analysis. Participants will also know the limitations of methods used.
Faculty (IIT Bombay)
Prof Anil W Date - Expert in incompressible flow and author of the book "Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics" Published by Cambridge University Press. A copy of book will be given to all participants.
Prof Gopal R Shevare - Credited for development of end to end CFD software CFDExpert. Expert in compressible flow and problem formulation
Prof Jitendra Shah - Expert in Grid Generation having a 30 year experience in teaching.
Hands on sessions will be given by Zeus Engineers on practical problems and best practices to be used for various problems will be explained. Workshop will be useful for beginners or practicing CFD engineers and for techno-managers and designers.
Prerequisite for attending the training program is knowledge of basic fluid mechanics. Prior CFD knowledge is not required.
