OSCIC'13 Pre-Conference Training Courses

	The preliminary list of contributions to the 7th Open Source CFD International Conference has recently been announced. Why not take the opportunity to combine your visit to the event with one of our first-class training courses? To make sure you get the most out of the high-quality training courses on offer, we have limited the number of trainees to 8 people per course. Spaces are subject to availability, so book early to avoid disappointment.

	Introductory Programming Training in OpenFOAM® Technology 21st - 23rd October 2013 An introduction to the OpenFOAM® software structure. Trainees will be able to modify and create solvers or utilities and change some basic library components, such as turbulence models or boundary conditions. This Programming Training is designed to enable the effective use of OpenFOAM® technology in every-day engineering problems. More Information / Registration Introduction to Turbulent Combustion Modelling using OpenFOAM® Technology 21st - 23rd October 2013 This 3-day training focusses on (U)RANS modelling and aims to get the participants familiar with the basic theoretical concepts used in turbulent combustion modelling and to provide hands-on exercises to apply the theory in practice.
