FloTHERM XT V3.0 - What's New

	Mentor Graphics will host FloTHERM XT V.3.0 – What’s New on 9th March 2017, 11am UK Time and 10am PST. FloTHERM XT breaks into new areas with functionality never seen in specialized electronics thermal simulation tools!

	With this new release comes a range of useful and also exciting new features including: Rotating Geometry - to include detail of fan sinks, drones, DVDs, radar Thermal Territory – to increase efficiency when representing detail copper in PCBs DOE / Response Surface Modeling – to enhance the investigation of the design space Two New SmartParts – radial fan and centrifugal blower These new features have been developed to enable easier set up of common electronics cooling devices and without manual iteration for cases where power is affected by temperature.
