Modeling Unsteadiness in Turbomachinery with the Non-Linear Harmonic Method |

Traditional time-domain unsteady methods can simulate all the necessary physics needed to predict performance, but are usually too expensive to be fully integrated into the product design phase. Cadence's Non-Linear Harmonic (NLH) method is a great alternative to conventional approaches as it provides high fidelity results at a fraction of the computational cost.
This webinar will:
- Cover the basics of the NLH method applied to turbomachinery unsteady flows in an easy-to-digest format.
- Outline how the essential characteristics of flow periodicity are used as a tool for achieving 100 to 1000 times faster simulations than full-unsteady methods.
