News FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS CAESES geometry modeller now offers a parametric flow domain for the CFD-based optimization of impeller blades.

The new feature targets engineers of turbochargers and pumps and can be used with the blade design module of CAESES.

Such a domain helps to readily mesh a design candidate with your meshing software of choice. The generated domain geometry is fully parametric, i.e. changes to the blade shape are automatically transferred to the derived flow domain.

Various export types are available for this domain, to have a robust and automated remeshing within design studies and shape optimizations.

More information can be found on the CAESES website.
