FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS and Simerics Announce Geometric Closed Loop Optimization for CFD |
Geometric CFD Optimization provides accurate CFD simulations of a product’s performance without the need to become an optimization programmer.
By working together, Simerics, Inc. and FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS have enabled users to significantly reduce the time and the cost to use CFD simulation with optimization for predicting product performance.
"Our collaboration with FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS has enabled CFD optimization functionality to end users at an affordable price," said Rich Moore, Vice President Business Development, Simerics, Inc. "With FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS we are bringing an entirely streamlined optimization workflow to the CFD market using templates with both optimization domain and CFD domain in one affordable solution."
"We have added an easy-to-use interface function in CAESES to prepare the model for optimization using Simerics’ CFD application. This, combined with their powerful templates, provides a simple, yet powerful solution to address difficult optimization designs," said Stefan Harries, Managing Director, FRIENDSHIP SYSTEMS AG.
